He has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked at Peregrine Capital , ITC Group and Times Bank. Over the years, he has been closely associated with the CEOs of highly successful mid market companies, as an advisor on business strategy and capital raising.

| With more than one and half decades in corporate finance & advisory and capital markets, Ramakrishnan enjoys deep-rooted relationships in the corporate sector. He has assisted leading business groups and corporates raise capital from Indian and oversees markets and private investors. Ramki has been in charge of a significant number of M&A transactions (both domestic and cross border), and has been a keen participant and observer in India’s economic and capital market cycles since liberalization of 1991.
Prior to Spark Capital, Ramki headed ICICI Securities’ investment banking business for south India, having worked earlier for Arthur Andersen, Ind Global Financial Trust and Deloitte.
He has a Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an M.B.A from B.I.M, Trichy, (India). |

| Thyagesh Baba is at the forefront of Spark’s Institutional Equities team, being in charge of Business Development, Research Strategy and Operations. He has over 14 years’ experience in equity research, sales trading, value investments and corporate banking areas, having worked earlier for Peregrine Capital and Citigroup.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) degree and an MBA from IIM. Bangalore, (India).

| Kapil Ramamurthy comes with extensive experience in public market equities and debt structuring under his belt. In his 13 years in the financial services industry, he has worked in large Financial Institutions such as HDFC Bank, GE Capital and Standard Chartered Bank. At Spark, Kapil has worked as Lead Partner in both private equity and public market transactions in the Investment Banking Division and is currently a part of the Institutional Equities Division.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from Loyola College (India) and an M.B.A from B.I.M, Trichy, (India).
