| With two decades in corporate finance & advisory and capital markets, Ramki has rich experience in having led and worked on transactions across the entire investment banking spectrum. He has, over the years, cultivated and nurtured deep-rooted relationships with the corporate sector in southern India and the financial ecosystem in the country.
Prior to Spark Capital, Ramki headed ICICI Securities’ investment banking business for South India, having worked earlier for Arthur Andersen, Ind Global Financial Trust and Deloitte. He has a Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an M.B.A from B.I.M, Trichy (India).
Ramki is a tennis enthusiast, an avid reader, a commentator on corporate affairs and capital markets who is quoted widely by the business media and a regular speaker at seminars and conferences.

| Ram Manohar oversees client management and transaction sourcing & structuring at Spark Capital across the Infrastructure and IT/ITES sectors and is based out of Spark Capital’s Bangalore office.
With over 13 years of diverse experience in the Financial Services and IT industries, Ram is well versed in multiple functions such as credit rating, project finance, commercial banking and IT Sales in leading companies like Fitch Ratings, ICICI Ltd, ICICI Bank and iGate Global Solutions. Ram holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons.) in Commerce and an MBA from IIM-Bangalore.
A travel enthusiast, he also loves listening to music, preferably rock. |

| Prasanna Srinivasan has 9 years of experience in Investment Banking at Spark Capital and has been with the company since its inception. He currently leads transaction ideation & execution in private equity, merger & acquisition and capital market transactions. His area of specialisation includes construction and infrastructure services and infrastructure assets. In the past he has successfully closed multiple transactions in sectors such as Infrastructure (Airports, Ports, Power), Services (EPC and Infra Services), Information Technology and Consumer Goods.
He is a Commerce Graduate and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2001.
In his spare time, Prasanna enjoys travelling, especially road trips. |
| V Harikesh |

| Vice-President, Investment Banking |
| Harikesh is an Execution Lead across sectors such as Consumer Themes, Financial Services, Agro and Agro based Industry, Real Estate and Hospitality. At Spark, he has completed multiple transactions in the real estate and financial services space covering various asset classes including, gold financing, consumer finance and microfinance. Harikesh was part of the team that led the first PE financing in a gold finance company in India and PE funding for one of India’s largest multi product SEZ.
Before joining Spark in 2006, Harikesh spent 4 years in corporate banking at HDFC Bank and HSBC, handling corporate credit and structured working capital financing products. Harikesh is a Commerce Graduate (Hons) with a Masters in Financial Management (batch Gold Medallist).
In his spare time, Harikesh likes to play the jazz drums. A cricketer and a regular on the soccer field, he has also trained for calisthenics on moving cars/jeeps and motorcycles, carabining, rappelling, slithering and stunts on roller skates.

| Skanda currently leads transaction execution across Industry sectors such as Healthcare, Manufacturing and Urban Infrastructure Services. At Spark, he has successfully closed deals in the Healthcare Delivery and Financial Service sectors, and has led transactions spanning a variety of sectors such as Consumer Services, Medical Consumables and Financial Services.
Skanda’s earlier work experience includes over 5 years as a Risk Management Specialist in Commercial and Retail Banking, at Standard Chartered Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers (Singapore). He was with the TVS Group in India as well. Skanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Financial Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
In his spare time, Skanda likes to play badminton and cricket. He is also keen on travelling and enjoys trekking, camping, and river rafting. |

| Ranga currently focuses on Business Development initiatives at Spark Capital, overseeing client management, deal sourcing and structuring.
Ranga brings with him over 8 years of varied experience in financial services with his previous assignments at the commercial banking divisions of HDFC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and in the Infrastructure Investments division of International Finance Corporation, World Bank. Ranga is a Commerce Graduate and a holder of two Masters Degrees in Business Administration, from Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and from the Indian School of Business.
He is into Table Tennis and adventure sports, who also finds time for community development initiatives. |

| Ganesh has over 5 years of experience in Investment Banking and Risk Consulting. At Spark, he leads transaction execution and ideation across industries such as Technology/ITES, Education, Media and Clean Technology and is responsible for client delivery, negotiation and managing transactions end-to-end. He has worked on deals across all product categories including M&A, Private Equity and Capital Markets. He has also ideated and executed multiple transactions, primarily in the IT/ITES space, including cross-border acquisitions.
In his earlier stint, Ganesh was a Risk Management Consultant at Axis Risk Consulting (part of the erstwhile Ambit RSM Group). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a PGDBM from FORE School of management.
Ganesh’s passions are reading and world cinema.
