With over 18 years of experience across diverse areas of HR in the Financial Services industry, Lajja leads the HR & Administration vertical for Spark Capital.

She joined Spark from ASK Investment Managers where she partnered with the Wealth Management (India) & Fund Raising (Singapore) businesses driving their people strategies.

Prior to this, she worked with ICICI Venture Funds Management in a generalist role covering various gamut of HR for the Fund. She started her career with Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd (TOI Group) focusing on people initiatives for the Editorial departments.

She is a Commerce Graduate and holds an MBA in HR from Mumbai University.
